D. Doley
Owner
D. Doley has owned and operated RS Automotive Inc. since 1997. He has been in the automotive industry for over 30 years and received his Automotive Technology diploma from Lincoln Technical Institute and his Bachelors degree in History and Political Science. He is factory trained in Acura, Honda, and Subaru and is a certified member of the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). During his spare time, Doley enjoys playing the guitar, riding his motorcycle/bicycle, listening to jazz, reggae, blues and world music, gardening, and tending to his collection of Bonsai plants.
Antonio Paz
Head Technician
Antonio Paz, or Tony, is our Team Leader. Tony’s love affair with cars started in childhood, tinkering with his own vehicle as a teen, eventually shaping his career path. Post-high school, he pursued his passion at Lincoln Technical Institute, earning a degree in “Automotive Technology.” Tony’s expertise spans all car makes and models, with skills in computers, electronics, mechanics, and diagnostics. When not at work, he’s a family man, enjoying movies, games, and cookouts with his loved ones.
Reniol Romero
Technician
With almost 30 years in the automotive industry, Reinol brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. A master of car mechanics and fabrication, Reinol’s expertise is unmatched. Outside of work, he’s a well experienced traveler, exploring the world with his kids. Reinol is also our go-to grill master, whipping up delicious meals for shop gatherings.
Oscar
Technician
Oscar is our newest team member, and he brings a mix of expertise and heart to our team. With a knack for diagnostics and a passion for helping others, he’s a true asset to our team. In his free time, he volunteers with his church and enjoys going on outdoor adventures with his family.
Jose
Service Writer
Jose, blends technical knowledge with customer service skills. Starting as a technician, he’s honed his skills to become the friendly face of our front office. Patient and humble, Jose treats every client with care. Off-duty, you’ll find him cruising on his motorcycle or spending quality time with his family.
